“All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I had been eager to do all along.” – Galatians 2:10

Committed to caring for people with integrity, humanity and accountability!

The Domino Foundation Disaster Response Unit, in collaborative efforts and action with the KZN Disaster Response Team, are once again first responders on the ground, attending to direct response relief efforts in Kwa-Zulu Natal, due to flooding and devastating damage caused by the recent torrential rains.

If you would like to partner financially, please use the donation options listed below. Or contact our Donor Relations Team – Tarin Stevenson, Elaine Chetty or Navin Bahadur

Additionally, if you would like to donate any products, we are in need of non-perishables – tinned food, maize meals, dried beans, 2L oil and 5kg rice please. These can be dropped off at the Domino Foundation office located at 37 Mackeurtan Avenue, Durban North.

For volunteering of your time, please contact Esther Madikane

Listen to Cathy Whittle, Disaster Response Unit Co-ordinator, sharing insights on GNRC 93.6FM (Good News Community Radio) on Thursday 14th April 2022. Please pledge your support to help Domino to help others in need!

Our Strategy:

Currently, we are in Phase 3: Response of the Disaster Management cycle, and while the city and First Responders are focusing on Search and Rescue efforts, KZN Response is focusing on supporting the Internally Displaced People (IDP’s) within KZN. This requires a multifaceted approach and the provision of multiple services to ensure displaced individuals and families are cared for, have access to medical and counselling support as well as a safe, secure shelter with adequate nutrition.
